SD Bell's Coffee House and Tea Rooms
Linley Hamilton, Musician and Broadcaster quotes: "Jeremy is now key to the development of jazz in the province; a force for change, a creative generator of original music" Jeremy studied on the first BA in Jazz Studies course at Leeds College of Music in '93, before moving down to London where he studied with Polar Bear saxman, Mark Lockheart. Forming a band with fellow Middlesex alumni Hans Koller and Dave Whitford, he remained in London for the next ten years, combining teaching with playing and writing. The group today features SD Bell’s regulars, ace drummer Steve Davis, and Scott Flanigan on piano. They will be performing a range of contemporary jazz tunes from the likes of Stan Sulzmann, Kenny Wheeler and Steve Swallow.
