Why have prices for free shipping increased?
Our recently introduced free shipping and click and collect options have proved very popular. Unfortunately packaging material and shipping costs continue to rise, and so we have been forced to raise the minimum purchase values for Free Shipping within Northern Ireland and GB. With effect from 5th October these have increase to £40 and £50 respectively, which we hope our customers still see this as great value for money, for an efficient, tracked courier service.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days, using either Courier Service or Royal Mail. This will be determined by destination and weight.
Unfortunately, while the ‘dry’ shop remains open for normal trading hours for packaged teas, coffees and accessories, Covid restrictions dictate that the Coffee House and Tea Rooms remain closed until the end of January 2021, date of reopening TBC. The trailer is back at our front door for supply of hot teas, coffees and snacks.
We would encourage our customers to continue to shop on line. We will be shipping as normal. However for local orders ‘click-and-collect’ remains the most reliable method of ensuring that goods are received quickly and with a minimum of queuing. Dismiss
