The name Poobong means “A Valley behind the clouds”. This estate is located near Ghoom, and is one of the smaller Darjeeling estates. It has an elevation ranging from 3000 to 5000 feet. This small garden gives a bright amber drink with a delicate taste. A classic early harvest. Use freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes and brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on personal state.
