Unfortunately we can not offer returns on teas and coffees, which are freshly blended, roasted and packed when purchased. On items of hardware, our goodwill returns policy states that you can return an item within 30 days of when you purchased it. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. If it is unused, but not in its original packing, or if it has been used, the refund will be at the discretion of the shop management, and may, if upheld, take the form of a full refund or a shop credit voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days, using either Courier Service or Royal Mail. This will be determined by destination and weight.
Customers who enter a BT postcode will also be offered the option to Click & Collect. When your goods are ready, you will receive an email confirming when and where to collect, so check your spam folder to make sure you are receiving emails from us!
