The month of May coffees are:
200g Ethiopian Sidamo - A GT Winner. Roasted just after medium 'first crack'. Providing a sweet aroma with a balanced body & taste notes of tropical fruit.
200g Barista 1887 - A three-quarter roast "Brazil Santos" nutty and strong, roasted well after 1st crack, but just before 2nd, so no oil and less bitter. GT winner.
200g City Decaf A three- quarter decaf roast. A superb after-dinner espresso without caffeine. Our latest addition to our line of Great Taste Winners.
200g Captain Cook - Arabica bean from Brazil. Incredibly strong coffee, very darkly roasted, aromatic with a unique flavour, our most popular espresso bean.
