How appropriate is our coffee of the week? Indian Monsoon Malabar, a delicious rare medium roast coffee with a slightly toasted, nutty flavour, is on offer for £5 per 250g this week! Monsoon Malabar is a process whereby the coffee seeds are exposed to monsoon weather, where the coffee beans swell and lose their acidity. You would almost think we have been exposed to a monsoon over the last week here in Belfast with our sudden downpours and thunderstorms!
