A fully washed, Rainforest Alliance Arabica from Honduras. High Grown (HG) specifies the altitude at which a coffee was grown. This medium roast was grown at altitudes between 1070 and 1200 meters above sea level. Higher altitude and lower temperatures mean that the coffee fruit matures more slowly and creates a denser bean, which packs a fuller flavour.
A remarkably smooth, clean and well-rounded coffee. Expect lots of sweetness & fruity notes. A perfect filter coffee but also a well balanced cafetiere.
