The month of October coffees are:
200g Seven Seas ‘Old Brown Java’ – a three-quarter roasted arabica. Our Old Brown Java, has been rested between 3 – 6 years. This results in a bean which looks a light tan colour. The process increases the dry mature taste and strength of the bean whilst losing its high acidity. A great
200g Mt – Kilimanjaro A Tanzanian blend consisting of ½ dark & ½ medium coffee profiles. A strong, smooth coffee with no bitterness. The dark profile lends this coffee to sit well as an espresso whilst the medium profiles ensure that this drink can also be consumed as a long drink.
200g Mexican – Grown at high altitude, region of Sierra Madre. This is the perfect coffee conditions with excellent soil, lots of shade and cool temperature at night. This medium roast expect bright acidity, creamy body with hints of chocolate, caramel and citrus. A Great taste winner.
200g Komodo Dragon – A rich, smooth all day coffee from Indonesia. This mature bean has low acidity and a creamy body.
