Great Taste award winning, Honduras Arabica ‘three quarter roast’. A superb coffee suitable for all methods. Roasted well after 1st crack, but just before 2nd resulting a less bitter drink. SHG (strictly high grown) bean, in simple terms, the greater the altitude at which a coffee is grown, the higher the quality. This is because growth is slower where there is less extreme temperature and less oxygen, resulting in a smaller, more dense bean that packs a fuller flavour.
