Siltepec El Jaguar is located in the High Altitude area of Sierra Madre. This regions creates the perfect environment for specialty coffee, excellent soil conditions, lots of shade & cool conditions at night. This coffee comes from a small group of producers, that harvest and process the bean by hand. This Mexican medium roast, you can expect notes of bright acidity, creamy body with hints of caramel, chocolate and citrus.
High altitude Arabicas grow more slowly, developing a bean of higher density and fuller flavor. GREAT TASTE AWARD-WINNING in 2021!!
