We all know that coffee beans keep fresher for longer than ready-ground coffee. So why not invest in a handy every-day grinder?
This powerful, fast and compact electric coffee grinder by Krups will be your friend for years, and adds a degree of theatre to your daily coffee making ritual.
The design, for such a simple machine, is the reason we supply this grinder as our preferred choice. Note the oval-shaped chamber. This ensures that the beans are agitated more, so that they receive the most ‘democratic’ treatment by the spinning blades. This can also be helped by the user employing the spinning action in a pulsating rhythm, rather than continuously.
By the way, coffee beans can also be stored perfectly well in the freezer, and can be ground from frozen. (Just don’t thaw them than then re-freeze, because this encourages the beans to absorb harmful moisture.)
