Yunnan Pu-Erh tea is a top quality, black China tea made from the large Yunnan leaves which won Two Great Taste Stars in 2020. The refreshing tea has a rich but mellow taste, and while the leaves and brew look dark, the taste is very much like that of a quality green tea.
Pu-Erh tea is most commonly known for being a detox or weight-loss tea thanks to its popularity with celebrities such as Victoria Beckham. Very high in anti-oxidants, the tea has several medicinal qualities; aiding digestion, shrinking fat cells and lowering cholesterol.
