A washed, single origin coffee from the third biggest coffee grown region in Peru. San Martin is a beautiful region in Northern Peru. With coffee grown at elevations between 1100-1760 meters above sea level.
A grade 1 Arabica, which meets the highest standard of coffee Peru has to offer. A clean, gentle, and well-rounded coffee. Expect sweetness, slight citrus, and hints of chocolate & nuts. A perfect filter coffee but also works well as a cafetiere and a light bright espresso.
