Barista No.6 Espresso Roast Coffee
Our exclusive House Espresso roast. A blend of dark roast Arabica, dark roast Robusta and a medium roast Ethiopian. When we revamped our espresso machines in the Coffee House in 2010, we decided to revisit the espresso roast for it as well. At the 6th attempt, we hit on this mix, hence the name.
The Dark Arabica is very strong, but smooth, and is enhanced by the classic bitterness of the dark Robusta. The medium Mocha takes the edge off the dark roasts, such that the blend will both give a fine espresso with a rich crema, yet can also brew a satisfying longer drink.
