Mocha is the industry name for Ethiopian coffees, so named because Mokka was the original ancient port from where coffee was first exported, 800 years ago. This ‘Djimah-5’ is a medium roast with a ‘gamey’ flavour, the taster’s descriptor for the classical spicyness of many east African coffees.
Ideal for Turkish coffee, (the form in which it would originally have been enjoyed), it can be enjoyed with any brew method, and also can be mixed with our Seven Seas Old Java for a classic Barista Blend.
