Darjeeling Phoobsereing 1st Flush
One of the oldest gardens in the Darjeeling West Valley. Elevation ranges from 3,000 to 6,000 feet. A small neat China leaf with classic, light 1st Flush character. Use freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes and brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on personal state.
