UNLOCKING… 27 JULY

Dear Customers.

I am thrilled to report that we reopen our doors to the Shop, Coffee House and Tea Rooms at 8.30am on Monday 27th July. 

Mindful that we are all on individual journeys regarding the unlocking of lockdown, I hope that you feel that the changes we have made here are appropriate. Our changes follow a comprehensive Risk Assessment to ensure all reasonable measures are taken to protect customers and staff. This resulted in:

• a refurbishment of the premises, including New “Safe-Front” anti-bacterial upholstery.
• New layout – including a 1-way system, greater separation of shop and coffee bar, screens, signage, sanitation stations and new staffing protocols that ensure your, and their safety.
• New Table Service, incorporating the latest order processing technology
• Revised menu

It is my sincere hope that these measures help you to feel safe here, that the ambience of SD Bell’s has been preserved and that we will continue to offer a high quality of service and value for money. To that end I would welcome any comments or feedback you care to make in this regard.
